Our AIRobics class is a 50 minute workout that will leave you breathless AND exhilarated. AIRobics is a fun new way to work off the extra pounds or just tone up. Come check it out for yourself.
Each class will be first come first serve, $8 to participate, and we have 30 spots available per class. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes early.
Classes will continue every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm and 7pm and Saturdays at 10 am. We hope to see you all soon!
